Source Consulting Group’s core team, share thirty years of combined experience as educators and facilitators. The expanded team includes a network of highly skilled trainers, selected to meet our clients’ specific needs and desired outcomes.

Kenya S. Masala is a national corporate and youth development trainer and human development consultant. As co-director of the Source Consulting Group, Kenya delivers a unique blend of simple, yet cutting edge information on maximizing workplace and community interactions, with powerful kinesthetic experiences that drive home the learning.

He facilitates training seminars, leadership development programs, outdoor adventure journeys, and educational percussion programs. He also designs and develops multimedia curricula and interactive presentations on a national level. Kenya is a REMO endorsed recreational rhythm facilitator and one of six North American Drum Cafe facilitators. He is a published author of the international classic rhythm activity book,"Rhythm Play!™" and recently released his first full-length album, "Soul Journey Groove."

Kenya is a dose of invigoration and vitality for youth and communities. With a charismatic style and effusive energy, he engages participants in highly effective (and authentic) leadership and community development. He ushers groups through the hard work of deepening and expanding excellence, utilizing cutting edge kinesthetic modules...and inspires them to celebration! He is also a certified educator, facilitator, and curriculum specialist.

Kenya enthusiastically creates a highly effective learning context, authentically motivating individuals and groups towards excellence.

Gabriela Masala, M.A., is an energetic, creative, and multi-talented facilitator. She works extensively with groups and individuals in the areas of wellness and personal growth. She masterfully blends expressive arts, yoga, dance, and ecumenical spirituality in programs that nurture mind body and soul.  Her diverse clients speak highly of her playful vitality, which inspires their innate joy, and life celebration. 

Gabriela is committed to radiant health and balanced life integration.  She currently serves as faculty for the resort based, Shape Your Life™ programs, and is a Brown Belt in the NIA Technique.  Gabriela is also an apprentice of Zen-Yoga master, “Ranjani” Dr. Mary-Elaine Cobo.  She holds certifications in ACE Group Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga, and Meditation.  A former employee of The Chopra Center for Well Being and Canyon Ranch Health Resort, Gabriela currently guides classes, events, and retreats locally, nationally and abroad.

Kenya and Gabriela also serve on the core faculty of the Shape Your Life™ programs , and are on the team of the Drum Cafe and Total Integration Institute.
